Our patient consultants were personally selected by Dr. Freeman and are trained to schedule your appointments to fit your lifestyle needs and provide you with the necessary medical forms to fill out on your first visit. They will gladly offer you a tour of our center, review for you Dr. Freeman's outstanding credentials and certifications and share with you before and after photographs of actual patients. Our skilled patient consultants can provide computer imaging, share with you patient testimonials, help you with your insurance needs, review for you our extensive Inform and Consent documents prior to surgery, remind you of your scheduled appointments and manage your confidential files.
